Putin Shares Important Update Regarding COVID-19 Vaccine

PUTIN SHARES IMPORTANT UPDATE – Recently, Russia announced completing its COVID-19 vaccine, the first country in the world to do so.

Along with this, Russia told the Philippines they would be given the vaccine for free. Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte said he would be the first person to try out the vaccine as a sign of trust and thanks to Russia.

However, the medical community from western countries urged Russia to do more tests to ensure that the vaccine is safe. As a response, Vladimir Putin slammed foreign pharmaceutical companies who urged them not to release their vaccine to the public market.

The effectiveness of the vaccine was tested by one of the President’s daughters. According to Putin, on the first day after the vaccination, the temperature rose, but then her condition returned to normal and she got the antibodies in sufficient quantities for immunity from coronavirus. Putin emphasized that vaccination will be voluntary. But he noted that there is no doubt about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.

Furthermore, Putin emphasized that Russia has saved the world countless times with their vaccines. He noted how Russia developed vaccines for cholera, polio, diphtheria, whooping cough, measles and other dangerous diseases.

Along with this, Russia claimed that foreign pharmaceutical are merely thinking about the race to develop a vaccine to earn massive profits. However, Putin asserted that “when it comes to the health of millions of people, Russia has no intention of thinking about money. Vaccination for Russians will be free.”.
