Don’t Buy Misbaranded Face Masks in Foreign Characters, FDA Warn
FDA – The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) warned all healthcare workers and the general public not to buy or use misbranded face masks in foreign characters.
Since the outbreak, the use of face masks has become ubiquitous all over the world. People are ordered to wear face masks in public areas.
Health officials said face masks help slow the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Protective gears combined with other preventive measures such as physical distancing and hand washing may also help slow the spread of the deadly virus.
The medical mask protects the wearer’s mouth and nose from contact with the splashes, droplets, and spray that may contain the virus. Some people opted for makeshift facemask because disposable kind can be quite expensive.
