Globe Network Maintenance On August 6, 2020
GLOBE NETWORK MAINTENANCE – Globe issued an advisory that said they would be conducting a Network Maintenance tomorrow, August 6.
Recently, several residents of Bacolod City and surrounding areas complained about slow connections from Globe.

Apparently, there was scheduled network maintenance in other parts of the island as well.
Following this, Globe made an announcement that they would continue with the scheduled maintenance on August 6, 2020.
According to a report from the Visayan Daily Star, Globe said:
Hi! We wish to inform you that we’ll be conducting an important network maintenance activity in your area on August 6, 2020, from 7 AM – 12 NN. During the activity our call, text, and browsing services may be temporarily unavailable. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Rest assured that we’ll try to finish the activity on time and restore our services as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Meanwhile, subscribers of Globe clamor that the service was already significantly slower last week. Some even said that last week’s slow connection was like a trial for Globe’s new maintenance.
Hopefully, by the time Globe completes the task, subscribers could go back to enjoying the services they paid for. However, others remain skeptical if the service would improve connections or not.
