President Duterte Says He’d Give Vaccine To NPA If They Stopped Fighting Till December
DUTERTE TO NPA – During his nation address, President Duterte asked himself, “Yung mga NPA, pabakunahan ko ba?”.
It’s become adamantly clear that the admins plan against the coronavirus is to wait for the vaccine. According to most experts, it should be made available around December or early next year. With this in mind, Duterte said that he plans to give vaccines to all Filipinos, prioritizing the poorest of the poor.

Meanwhile, in his address, Duterte quipped “The question is, yung mga NPA pabakunahan ko ba?”.
Duterte had a long-standing issue with the NPA. But, he said that if they would “stop fighting for a while” until December, they could get themselves vaccinated.
He said that if they won’t touch the military during that period, they could join and line up for the vaccine. Furthermore, he said that even if a member announced that he was an NPA, he would still get treated.
“Pagamot ka muna, pa vaccinate ka para mahusay kang lumaban sa pwersa ko.. tigas itong aking armed force eh..Bakit ako matakot sa inyo, wala kayong eroplano eh, saranggola siguro meron.. Wala kayong jet tapos matapos ako sa inyo? ehhhhhhhhhhhhh”
But, Duterte emphasized that as a “matter of humanity” and because the New People’s Army is still Filipino, he said he would be okay with them receiving the vaccine. Afterward, the President witted that it wouldn’t be a fair fight if the NPA was weakened by the virus.
