Pastor Quiboloy Has New Statement About Vice, ABS-CBN Employees

QUIBOLOY STATEMENT – Pastor Apollo Quiboloy released a new statement regarding ABS-CBN’s Vice Ganda.

Vice Ganda’s thoughts about the Pastor were no secret to the Public. Previously, the comedian said that Quiboloy was “mayabang” and challenged him to stop the traffic in EDSA and the show “Ang Probinsyano”.

As a response, Quiboloy quipped that maybe the entire network would be shut down, not just the show. So, after the events of the ABS-CBN shut down transpire, Quiboloy sent a message to the comedian, one which Vice simply ignored.

But, recently, the Pastor, who was known to be critical of the network seemed to have a change of heart. According to an article from DBSight, the leader of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Name Above Every Name Inc. said that he would “pray” for the comedian and the employees affected by the shutdown.

During one of his live broadcasts, Quiboloy stated that what happened between him and vice was now all in the past. As per the article, the Pastor said:

Well, natapos na yun, ‘no, at nangyari na yung nangyari. I think, naka-learn na rin ng lesson si Vice sa pangyayari.

Ngayong nandiyan sila sa sitwasyong ganyan, huwag na nating ipagdiinan sila. Ang dapat nating gawin ay idalangin si Vice Ganda at ang kanyang mga kasamahan

Quiboloy added that he sympathized with those who were now unemployed due to the shutdown. However, he explained that though it was a tragic event, the law should still be upheld because:

ang batas ang siyang nagtatanggol sa atin, puprotekta sa atin. (The law is what fights for us, protects us).
