Isabel Rivas Took Drug Test to Prove Vivian Velez’s Accusation Wrong
ISABEL RIVAS – Veteran actress undergoes drug tests after she was accused of using illegal drugs by the actress Vivian Velez.
In a series of posts, Velez on July 10, where the media giant ABS-CBN’s request for franchise renewal was already junked, she acclaims the committee members who voted yes for the denial of their renewal.
While Velez acclaims, actress Isabel Rivas reacted. In her own Facebook post, Isabel called Vivian “walang kuwenta” and “ingrata”. She also called her “no brains” and “walang kahihiyan,” pointing out why she is happy when ABS-CBN is completely unable to air.

On July 11, Saturday, Vivian posted a blind item on her Facebook account. She said: “Dating ingiterang actress friend, putak ng putak at minumura ako dahil DDS daw ako. Tumitira ka pa rin palaka? #maTokhangkaSana”
Although Vivian expresses her message through a blind item, it can be inferred that she responded to Isabel’s post on Facebook as well. In her comment on her own Facebook post, Isabel questioned the rudeness of Vivian’s behavior, who was also appointed as the director-general of the Film Academy of the Philippines.
After the blind item accusation, Isabel decided to undego drug test. She said she wanted to prove that Vivian’s accusation that she was “tumitira” or using drugs was baseless.
In her recent upload, Isabel show the results of her drug test. “I went to a reputable drug testing center this morning to do my test for everyone to know I’m drug free,” Isabel said in her post.
The 61-year-old actress also clarified that she does not oppose the decision of the fate of ABS-CBN. Instead, she allegedly called out to Vivian because of her seeming indifference to her fellow actors and actresses who lost their livelihood.
