Arrogant Chinese Woman Caught on Cam Raging and Hitting Person in Authority
Video footage of an arrogant Chinese woman raging amidst the road and hitting public servants elicit reactions from the online community.
In Facebook post of Jayson Boongaling, a Chinese woman was caught on cam raging the middle of the road while having intense commotion with a public safety department. In the video, she also hit a cyclist with umbrella and scratch him.
She can also be seen kicking the bicycle, piercing an umbrella, and even hitting her head. However, the cyclist did not retaliate or fight back. A public servant came to stop her from raging.

However, the woman also attacked him. The Chinese woman also vented her anger to the netizen who filmed the incident. Based on the report, the cyclist said the woman wanted to cross the intersection of Jupiter and Makati Avenue despite being stopped by a traffic enforcer.
According to Ronel Cancio, public safety department officer, he prevented the woman from crossing because there was a vehicle and it might have been collided. He stopped the cars as he immediately came to her for fear that she might be in trouble.
The video has gone viral on social media and earned elicited comments from the online community. Netizens express various reactions towards the arrogant foreign national disrespecting Filipino public officials.
