HEART EVANGELISTA – Here’s Heart Evangelista’s response to netizen who hoped she won’t enter politics.
Kapuso actress, socialite, and painter Heart Evangelista is the wife of Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero. She recently got reunited with her husband after 3 months because of the lockdown. Amid the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the married couple has been very active in helping their countrymen.
The 35-year-old celebrity has donated vitamins to COVID-9 front liners and Grab drivers amid the “enhanced community quarantine” in Metro Manila. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach commended the actress for helping the frontliners.
Last month, Heart Evangelista launched her new initiative called “Big Heart PH.” Her charitable project will help equip Filipino students in needs with tools to be able to continue their education amid the pandemic.
The actress has sold one of her paintings to buy 550 mobile tablets for students who have online classes. In one of her recent posts, she lamented the situation of the poor students during the COVID-19 crisis.
On Wednesday, July 1, a netizen behind @FudgeeBarNamanO took a screenshot of one of Heart Evangelista’s posts on IG stories distributing wheelchairs to her husband Chiz Escudero’s constituents in Sorsogon. In the caption, the netizen said she hoped that the actress won’t enter politics.

In response to the netizen’s post, Heart Evangelista retweeted it and wrote in the caption: “Politics is not for me. I can help without that kind of power.”
