Police Operations In Parañaque Left With 4 Individuals Killed
POLICE OPERATIONS IN PARAÑAQUE – A police operation in Parañaque City on early Friday morning has left with four individuals killed.
According to ABS-CBN, the police visited the house of two suspects, identified as couple Bensaudi Sali at Merhama Abdul Sawari in Better Living Subdivision. The police came with a search warrant since the couple are suspected to have possessed illegal firearms. This was a statement from Parañaque police chief Police Col. Robin King Sarmiento.
Sarmiento further pointed that people inside the house opened fire, prompting the operatives to fire back. This ended up in the deaths of the couple, as well as two others identified as Rasmin Hussin and Jamal Kalliming.
Police reported that the couple were financial conduit for Daesh, a radical organization operating in Southeast Asia. Their presence in the city is linked to a planned terrorist activity.
Retrieved in the area are some firearms, ammunition, explosives, and two flags showing the logo of extremist armed group ISIS.
The connection between the terrorist group and the two other fatalities were still unconfirmed. However, they used to work as security guards in a private establishment.
Based on the report, one of the policemen were injured in both thighs from the gunfight.
