Another Customer Complains to the Parcel Mishandling of J&T Express
A disappointed customer expresses anger to the delivery courier J&T Express after the tablet they delivered has a cracked screen.
A Facebook user named Mirasol Conejar Oquendo shared a devastating result of the courier company mishandling the parcels scheduled to be delivered to the customers. Oquendo shares a photo of the tablet she ordered from the online shopping that has a crack on the screen.
According to her, she was not surprised by the state of her tablet after she saw the viral video on how the J&T express handled their items. “Naka-bubble wrap naman po ’yan, hindi naman mababasag ’yan kung hindi nila hinagis-hagis. Napabayaan po nila ’yun,” Oquendo said.

Oquendo also cursed the employees who deliberately throw packages inside the truck not knowing that some items should be handled carefully.
“Kakahagis nyo… nabasag yung tablet nang pamangkin ko mga hayop kayu!!!!! anu J&T anu masasabi nyo happy,” she wrote in her Facebook caption.
Video footage of J&T Express employees handling the packages earlier went viral on social media and earned various hate comments from the netizens. The irresponsible action of some employees may cause damage to several items, resulting in lots of complaints from the customers.
The company then released a statement after the video has gone viral online. In the statement, the courier company took responsibility and promised to hold the liable parties accountable.
