P42 Million Worth Of Illegal Drugs Apprehended By PDEA
P42 MILLION WORTH OF DRUGS – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) apprehended over P42 Million worth of contraband in separate operations.
According to a report from DZMM, the operations were done in Quezon and Malabon city. Because of the continued influx of drugs amid the pandemic, netizens become concerned about the preventive measures of the government.
Moreover, the same cover for the drugs have been used to smuggle in drugs in the country for years. If you look closely at the photos, you could see a teabag that contained packets of shabu.
This same teabag was found in previous operations conducted by PDEA. In light of this, some questions such as why this specific brand and model of tea still passed customs and entered the country.

Along with the illegal drugs, the PDEA officers also seized several firearms and melee weapons as seen in the picture below. Furthermore, some explosives were also found by the authorities
