Palace Assures Charges will be Filed Against Underground Chinese Hospital

Malacañang Palace assured that the government would press charges against the underground Chinese hospital discovered in Clark, Pampanga.

Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque Jr. said in a virtual press briefing, Malacañang was “alarmed” With the reported raid of the Leisure Park in Clark, Pampanga that illegally operates as a medical facility for Chinese nationals suspected to be infected with coronavirus disease (COVID-19), based on the report of Manila Times

“Kakasuhan po ‘yung mga naaresto sa Fontana dahil nilabag po nila ‘yung dalawang batas na nagsasabing hindi pupwedeng magpractice ng medicine ang walang lisensya at hindi pwedeng mag-dispense ng gamot na hindi rehistrado sa FDA” Roque said.

Previously, a former leisure villa, Fontana, has been discovered to be operated with a seven-bed capacity and has its own drugstore, whose medicines are all from China and are not registered with the Food and Drug Administration was being raided.
