Robinsons Malls Launches RPersonal Shopper Service
ROBINSONS MALLS – Robinsons Malls introduced two methods of delivering goods to customers as COVID-19 quarantine still continues.
According to ABS-CBN News, one of the biggest mall chains nationwide, it said on Monday that it has made its pilot run of their new service entitled “RPersonal Shopper” in certain branches.
The mall chain said that it had collaborated with MyKuya, an on-demand services app, to allow users to book someone to do things such as purchasing essential goods, run errands or order food for them.
The payment can be done via the following methods:
- For transactions up to ₱1,000, customer’s “Kuya/Ate” can pay for the items first, which the customer can pay back when the items are delivered to their home.
- The customer’s “Kuya/Ate” can pick up the payment from the customer or the latter can send via GCash before buying or picking up items from the mall.
“Through the MyKuya app, you can track where your RPersonal Shoppers are in real time, so you never have to worry about a thing. If you chose the first payment option, you just have to settle the outstanding amount when your order arrives. Your Kuya/Ate’s service fee, which is based on the amount of time you need the service, will be automatically deducted from your registered debit or credit card that you registered on the app,”
The service can be accessed at Robinsons Galleria, Robinsons Place Manila, and Robinsons Forum daily from 10 AM to 5 PM/
The firm also said that it will deploy the service in more malls in the capital, as well as nearby cities including the following:
- Antipolo
- Cainta
- Dasmariñas
- Galleria South (San Pedro Laguna)
- General Trias
- Imus
- Las Piñas
- Magnolia (Quezon City)
- Malabon
- Malolos
- Metro East (Pasig)
- Novaliches
- Otis
Based on the report, a deivery service has been deployed at Robinsons Magnolia, with the following available stores:
- Auntie Anne’s
- Bread Talk
- Botejyu
- Buko Loco
- Chatime
- Classic Savory
- Conti’s
- Express Sincerity
- French Baker
- Happy Lemon
- House of Desserts
- Jamaican Pattie
- Jollibee
- Kenny Rogers
- Koomi
- Mary Grace
- Max’s Restaurant
- Nitro7 Coffee
- Peri-Peri
- Potato Corner
- Sabroso
- Taters
- The Clubhouse
RDelivery, the said delivery service, is available from 10 AM to 4 PM for cash on delivery, and up to 5 PM for online payments.
The service has a ₱125 for service areas within the 5 kilometer radius of Robinsons Magnolia which include portions of San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, and Quezon City.
