Assunta de Rossi is pregnant
Actress Assunta de Rossi finally announced her pregnancy through her recent Instagram post and she shared the details about it.
Just recently, one of the IG posts of the actress caught the attention of many netizens. She shared a photo of her car keys that are obviously from luxury brands. Apparently, that is her collection with husband businessman/politician Jules Ledesma.
Another recent post of the actress caught the attention of many netizens in a very positive way. She announced her pregnancy. First, she shared the symptoms that she has been feeling for the last two months amid the enhanced community quarantine such as fatigue, nausea, tender and swollen breasts, food aversions, constipation, dizziness, and heartburn.
She added that she has been staying in bed all day, feeling horrible. Then, Assunta shared that she paid a visit to her OB-GYN last March 5, 2020. She hasn’t visited for three years before that. “Why? I had missed my period. An ultrasound scan and blood test confirmed later that day that I was about 5 weeks pregnant,” she said.
This brought shock to her because of having the conditions called myoma (are smooth, benign tumors in the cervix, source: msdmanuals.com) and endometriosis (a painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus, source: mayoclinic.org).
The actress added that getting pregnant with these underlying conditions will only be possible through medications or a miracle. She said that it is the latter that made this happen.
“Anyway, what scares me now is I’m already on my 14th week, and I haven’t gained an ounce of weight. Everything I eat goes to my tummy and ( . )( . ) (laugh emoji),” she quipped in her post.
