2 Soldiers Riding a Water Buffalo Earned Various Reactions from Netizens
BUFFALO SOLDIERS – two (2) soldiers riding water buffalo while patrolling during ECQ goes viral on social media and admired by netizens.
Carabao or native water buffalo has been part of Filipino culture ever since. It was also hailed as national animal of the Philippines and they were also called as most hardworking animals in agricultural industry.
But in this times of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), where transportation was banned, the presence of other buffaloes had another benefit and used for residents and these law enforcers.
In a Facebook page of Jake Sky, a photo was shared where 2 law enforcers were captured riding carabaos while patrolling in the area and enforcing the ECQ guidelines. It is not known why the two have to ride the carabaos, but netizens are amazed to watch them.
According to Jake Sky’s post, the two cops are proof of the song of the reggae icon Bob Marley the ‘Buffalo Soldiers.’ Netizens claim that they have become more awesome to look while they are on board.
The photo has gone viral on social media as many netizens were amazed. The photo reached 4.9k reactions mostly “love,” and about 12k shares. Some have even compared this approach to late officials.
