According to an article from Inquirer, the content of Globe’s eLibrary was provided by the Department of Education (DepEd) and other sources. Furthermore, this gives students the opportunity for continues learning amid the quarantine.

The eLibrary could also be accessed through the DepEd Commons at “commons.deped.gov.ph”. This is DepEd’s pilot program on learning continuity which provides online quizzes and exercises for both K-12 and Alternative Learning System (ALS) students.
