The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the warm winds from the east or easterlies will still affect the eastern part of the country.

According to a report from GMA News, the easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

As usual, there will be no significant impact on these areas, fortunately.

Based on the report, for the forecast wind speed, there will be moderate to strong winds over extreme north Luzon that is moving northeastward with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country, on the other hand, will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to east direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
