Domestic, International Flights Suspended Until April 30

FLIGHTS SUSPENDED – Local airlines recently announced that domestic and international flights are suspended due to quarantine extension.

To start things off, as previously reported, AirAsia made an announcement on April 6 that all flights, both domestic and foreign, will be postponed.

Guests will receive a notification via e-mail or SMS, urging them to update their contact details.

According to SunStar, the guest have a choice to have a full refund. For guests who have bookings placed on or before March 22 and with departure dates until May 31, they are entitled an unlimited flight change or credit the price of booking for future flights which can be redeemed in 365 calendar days.

Meanwhile, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) said that they aim to resume their flight operations on May 1, 2020 should es, global public health conditions and the travel environment allow it.

As per the report, the airlines will further announce the list of operating flights and routes once they finalize it. They further assured affect guests that their ticket is safe and still valid.
