PHOTOS: Household In Pandi, Bulacan Rejects Relief Packs As Act Of Kindness
PANDI TOWN – Mayor Rico Roque of Pandi Town, Bulacan recently posted photos which show a household putting signs to give relief packs meant for them to others.
In his post on Facebook, Roque said that they show no discrimination as they provide relief package to every household, rich or poor in the town amid the crisis of coronavirus disease.
They happened to encounter a household with the sign that says “I-share na lang po sa iba yung po sa amin. Salamat!” (Share those meant for us to other households. Thank you!) rejecting the relief packs as a result.
This prompted Roque to say that it is up to the residents to determine if they have enough stocks for the quarantine period, urging them to do the same act if they did have enough.
The photos contained the said signage, two household where the staffs placed relief packs in front of them.
