Petroleum Products Rollback By ₱2.00, ₱3.50 Per Liter This Week

PETROLEUM PRODUCTS – Pump prices of petroleum products such as kerosene, diesel, and gasoline have rolled back by ₱2.00 or ₱3.50 per liter this week.

This marks the fourth consecutive week of price cuts, according to an article from GMA News.

Chevron Philippines Inc. (Caltex), Flying V, Petron Corp., Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp., and SEAOIL Philippines Inc. said in separate advisories that they will reduce prices per liter of gasoline and kerosene by ₱3.50, and diesel by ₱2.00.

Cleanfuel and Petro Gazz will also implement the same changes, except kerosene which they do not supply.

As per the report, the changes took effect at around 4:01 on Sunday for Cleanfuel, and 6 AM Tuesday for the rest. As for other firms, they have yet to make an announcement for the week.

The latest data available from the Department of Energy (DOE) states that year-to-date adjustments now stand at a net decrease of ₱9.35 per liter for gasoline, ₱11 for diesel, and ₱12.79 for kerosene.
