Host Sugar Mercado reacts to her rumored romance with Wowowin lead host Willie Revillame.
Sugar has been part of Willie’s game show for several years now. She temporarily took a break from hosting in order to focus on the needs of her children. The former Sexbomb member and her husband got separated.
After four months of taking a break, she is now back in the Kapuso game show. Now that she’s back, she got to asked about her rumored relationship with Kuya Wil.
Sugar said that she is not aware of the rumors linking her and Willie and she can’t imagine herself being in a relationship with him.
“Para ko nang tatay iyon, para siyang tatay sa lahat, kuya siya ng lahat. So, mao-open mo sa kanya lahat, tsaka sobrang bait niya,” she said.
She added that she is always praying for the veteran host including his love life. “Siguro, pero kung darating sa kanya… alam mo, wish naman nating lahat sa kanya, dahil sobrang buti ng puso niya, e, may isang taong magmamahal sa kanya nang totoo at mag-aalaga sa kanya in the future,” Sugar said.
However, she said that she does not know if Kuya Wil is alreaady in a relationship but she knows that he is more focused on helping other people.
Sugar also said that if the time comes that the Wowowin lead host will find the right woman for him, they hope that she will really take care of him, based on the article.
For those who are assuming that Sugar and Willie have a relationship, the female host has this message. “Nakakatawa, iyon po! Hindi… ihinto ninyo na iyan, kasi hindi talaga totoo,” she said.
