Matteo Guidicelli Reportedly Punched Sarah Geronimo’s Bodyguard During Civil Wedding
MATTEO GUIDICELLI – Taguig police said Matteo Guidicelli allegedly punched Sarah Geronimo’s bodyguard during their civil wedding.
‘Popstar Royalty’ Sarah Geronimo and actor Matteo Guidicelli announced their engagement last year. AshMat fans and their fellow celebrities were delighted and excited for them.
However, the singer’s mother Divine allegedly gave them a hard time for their wedding preparations. The wedding planner said Mommy Divine refused to have her measurements for the gown that she’ll wear for the wedding.
On Thursday, February 20, rumors surfaced that Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli were already getting married. However, there were also photos and videos of the singer taping for ‘The Voice Teens Philippines’ that appeared to be contradicting the rumors.
A story surfaced that the 31-year-old celebrity went to the Victory Church after the taping of her show and a short ceremony was held.
On Friday, ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe confirmed the wedding of Sarah and Matteo yesterday. On his Tweet, he said a private security guard named Jerry Tamara was punched by the singer’s husband after he allegedly leaked the details of their civil wedding. Col. Celso Rodriguez said Tamara came around the police station around 3 a.m.
“Sarah Geronimo’s close-in security, Jerry Tamara filed a blotter 3:27AM February 21, 2020 at the Police Community Precinct No7 in Taguig City following a scuffle between him and actor Matteo Guidicelli.”
According to the report, the bodyguard said Sarah Geronimo’s mother Divine arrived unexpectedly and talked to her since she was not informed of the wedding ceremony.
“Tamara narrated that Sarah’s mother Divine arrived unexpectedly asking for a moment to talk to her daughter since she was not informed of the wedding.”
