The Most Expensive Dota 2 Item Worth $10,000 Same Price as Brand New Car
The most expensive items in Dota 2 worth half a million and has the same price when you buy a brand new car here in the Philippines.
Nowadays, DOTA 2 has been one of the most popular multiplayer online battle arena video game not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
The multiplayer games have also this kind of customization in your characters, map interface, and items. It has different variation skins to make your gameplay more awesome and amazing in looks.
From normal to the rarest skin or what they called arcana varies on the different price ranges that are negotiable when you obtain. But recently, creators of Dota 2 released an item that has the same price as a brand new car.

According to the video of the Dota 2 Loadout Facebook page, the most expensive item that was auctioned in Dota 2 was the 38k USD Pink Wardog if converted in PH money it is almost 2 million pesos.
A patch was introduced November 14, 2013, that allows removing and relocating gems hence, the value of this wardog significantly dropped as you can combine an Unusual War Dog which is only about 2,000 PHP / 40 USD plus ethereal gems, the most expensive of which is about 100,000 PHP / 2,000 USD. allowing you to recreate the pink wardog for a mere 102,000 PHP / 2040 USD.
Another rare item called Pugna set and Sky Wrath Golden Wings skins of characters or heroes in-game. Pugna’s set, The Golden Netherlord Regaliais indeed Dota 2’s rarest and most expensive set.
However, it is a 7 piece set and each item is about 50,000 PHP / 1,000 USD bringing the total to about 350,000 PHP / 7,000 USD, still short of Dark Moon’s trade price. If you browse online trading, some piece being sold for about 500 to 700 USD only.
Skywrath’s Golden Wings of The Manticore is indeed very rare, but because skywrath is really not a popular hero, the demand for this item is very low bringing the price at approximately 2,000 to 5,000 USD at most and will highly depend not on the price of the seller but how much a collector is willing to buy it.
In online trading the 2 wings are being sold at 50,000 Yuan / 350,000 PHP / 7,000 USD – it’s there for like a year already and was never sold hence, It is safe to assume that price is most probably lower than that.
