Regine was one of the Pinoy celebrities who expressed sadness over the unexpected death of the 41-year-old basketball legend. Through her Instagram post, which was connected to her Twitter account, the Asia’s Songbird shared a photo of Kobe with the caption “Sad day (crying emoji).”

She also used the hashtag “RIP Kobe”. On the other hand, those first people who have seen her post, they would see “RIP Coby” instead. Apparently, the wife of Ogie Alcasid received bashing because of this. Comments are not allowed now in the said IG post of the singer.
