Young Boy Selling Dried Fish Who Went Viral Finally Met His Mother Becuase of Social Media
A young boy selling dried fish to help his sick father that went viral on social media and earned a lot of praise finally met her mother.
In our previous article, inspiring photos of a young fish vendor named Lance selling dried fish to support their family’s daily cost of living. The boy also earned praise and admiration from social media users.
Lance said that his mother has already passed away and his father is suffering from a certain disease. He is selling dried fish for the medication of his father and at the same to supports his studies.
Since the post of netizen Jewel Rasha has gone viral on social media, Lance’s story has reached various parts of the country, including her real parents. In an episode of GMA public affairs show Wish Ko Lang, Jewel said that after her Facebook post went viral, the real family’s family left a message.
According to Wish Ko Lang, Lance’s parents are already separated and left her then eight-month-old child to his father. Because the father was working, he was only left with an acquaintance and one day the boy was gone.
Lance turned to his aunt Helen, who adopted him and was considered a real mother. Lance makes it clear that Helen is not forcing him to work and sell.
The child wants it to accumulate and to be daily. In fact, Helen has just opened Lance’s bank account where he keeps his savings from the sale.
Helen admits the possibility that at any time Lance’s real parent might come, which she also explains to the 12-year-old. Helen also wants Lance to know her real parents so he doesn’t have to think about her true identity.
And in celebration of the child’s birthday, Lance has met his real mother. A hug gave it to the woman who gave birth to it. Lance didn’t plant any animosity toward the real parent.
