Netizens reacted to the comment of Ethel Booba on ‘Tala’ dance craze
Comedienne-singer Ethel Booba commented on the ‘Tala’ dance craze of Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo and this caught the attention of many netizens.
Fans of Sarah, as well as her fellow celebrities have been doing their dance covers of the song which was released several years ago. Due to the new-gained popularity of the song, the singer-actress said that they will have its 2.0 version.
On Sunday, the ‘Tala’ dance festival was even held on ASAP Natin ‘To. Celebrities also shared their videos dancing the trademark choreography such as celebrity couple Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde.
Apparently, the dance craze also reached the knowledge of Ethel Booba and she wrote a comment about this. However, she included the international issue regarding the impending war between the country of Iran and the United States of America.
Ethel is known for addressing social issues through her social media posts, especially on Twitter. However, she admitted previously said that she has social media manager who is helping her with her posts.
Through her recent Twitter post, the comedienne-singer said shared her thoughts about two of the most trending issues now – the dance craze and the impending war. Ethel Booba wrote: “Nagkakagulo na sa ibang bansa pero tayo dito sa Pinas chill lang sa pagsayaw ng Tala. Charot!”
