Fil-Am Stand-Up Jo Koy Spotted In Cubao’s Farmers Market
JO KOY – Countless netizens reacted after seeing Jo Koy’s viral photos at Cubao’s Farmers Market today.
Filipino-American stand-up comic Joseph Glenn Herbert or better known as Jo Koy gained fame after his appearances on ‘The Adam Corolla Show.’ His American dad was in the Air Force when he married his Filipina mom.
His mom was the one who encourages him to join show talent shows in his school. In 1994, he started his stand-up career at a comedy club.
Jo Koy was known for highly speaking of his Pinoy heritage in his shows. Based on a report from ABS-CBN News, he is set to hold two shows at the Theatre at Solaire on January 11. It will be included in his program in Netflix.
Aside from that, the prominent comedian will also have shows at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino on January 14 and at the Mall of Asia (MOA) on January 15.
On Monday morning, January 6, Jo Koy was spotted in Farmers Market in Cubao. Araneta City uploaded few photos of the famous comedian on their Facebook Page. Based on the caption, the 48-year-old comedian seems to be shooting scenes at the location for an undisclosed project.
