Entertainment columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis shared her reaction to the rumored breakup of celebrity couple Nadine Lustre and James Reid.
James and Nadine, collectively known as JaDine, have been together since 2016. The actor previously admitted that they are already living together. After his revelation, their fans got excited as they anticipated that the next thing to happen might be a wedding.
However, just after the whole country celebrated the New Year, negative news about the couple surfaced online. Allegedly, they already called it quits. Amid the speculations, the couple remained silent. James even mentioned Nadine in one of his recent interviews.
In line with this matter, Lolit Solis gave her reaction through her recent Instagram post. She said that James and Nadine really look good together. She added that they have a good team-up.
For Lolit, perhaps, this is just a case of a simple misunderstanding between the couple and sooner or later it will be fixed. “Baka naman isa lang itong case ng small misunderstanding at puwede pa maayos at magkabalikan muli kung tutoo man naghiwalay,” she said.
The entertainment columnist also tackled in her post the possible career conflict that James is not now a contract artist of Viva, unlike Nadine. In the end, Lolit is hopeful that James and Nadine will reconcile if they really broke up. “Naku sana naman maayos ang lahat para sa Jadine para hindi mabuwag ang loveteam nila, sayang din,” she added.
