Davao City Enforcers Stops Motorists Not for Violation but to Give “Pamasko”
Traffic enforcers in Davao City stop public transportation vehicles, not for a violation but to give early “Pamasko” gift packs.

Gift giving is one of the most common yet heartwarming things to do during the Christmas season. Local government nationwide exerts efforts to give their residents Christmas gift packs.
In our previous article, residents of Pasig City also received gift packs as part of the pamaskong handog program of the newly elected Mayor of Pasig Vico Sotto and council. They have distributed 400,000 Noche Buena gift bags.
Recently, Many jeepney and taxi drivers were surprised when they were flagged down by men in uniforms Saturday morning. But instead of violations, they were treated to a surprise — an early “Pamasko” from the CTTMO.

According to the Facebook post of Davaoeños Duterte Defender page, the traffic enforcers went around the areas in the city to distribute their giveaways. The chief of CTTMO S/Supt. Dionisio C. Abude also joined his team on the streets.

Photos of the city’s gift giving were shared online. Netizens expressed their reactions to the Davao City CTTMO act of kindness, such good deeds are timely this holiday season.
