Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban said, “Mahihiya na si Kathryn Bernardo” during a recent media conference and here is the reason why.
Angelica is set to do a movie with Ang Probinsyano actor Coco Martin with the working title Love or Money under the direction of Mae Cruz-Alviar. This will be the first time that the two famous Kapamilya stars will do a movie together.
As the new leading lady of one of the most in-demand leading men in the Philippine entertainment industry nowadays, Angge was asked about the possible kissing that will happen between her and Coco in the movie. The actress jokingly said that she has to ask Star Magic executive Johnny Manahan first, based on the article from PUSH.
“Kailangan ko lang ipagpaalam kay Mr. M (Johnny Manahan) talaga, kasi medyo strict si Mr. M sa akin eh. Iniingatan na niya ang image ko pagdating sa mga ganyan,” she stated with jest.
She added that she already asked her mother’s views regarding the kissing scene in the movie. “Kasi pumayag na ang mama ko eh. Recently lang pumayag na siya sa kissing scene. Yung daring, ‘yung mga pagpapakita ng skin, kailangan kong malaman kay Mr. M talaga. Kailangan niya aprubahan kung paano aatakihin,” she enthused.
Angelica Panganiban said that she needed to do that because she is now a sweet girl. Then, she mentioned the name of the girlfriend of Daniel Padilla as comparison, based on the article.
“Kasi sweet girl na talaga ako ngayon, mahihiya na si Kathryn Bernardo,” the new leading lady of Coco Martin said. It is known to many that Kath, along with Daniel have a sweet image in show business.
