Michelle Dee Enters Top 40 of Miss World 2019
MISS WORLD 2019 – The Philippines bet Michelle Dee has entered the Top 40 semi-finalist of Miss World 2019 pageant.
She ais for the county’s second crown after Megan Young bagged the crown in 2013. The coronation night will be on December 14 in London.
Michelle Dee’s intro video for the pageant was released last week. Her advocacy focuses on autism awareness. In the video, she also featured her two brothers who are diagnosed with autism.
In a previous article, Michelle Dee shared her photo wearing her sun goddess-inspired national costume for the Miss World 2019 pageant. Her gorgeous costume was made by the renowned designer Francis Libiran.
Today, the beauty queen took to social media to announce the good news for her fellowmen. She said she has secured a spot in the prestigious pageant.
Michelle Dee and nine (9) other candidates have guaranteed a spot in Miss World 2019. The winners came from Venezuela, Paraguay, Mexico, Moldova, India, Nepal, Nigeria, Tobago, and Trinidad. She also stated in the caption that her advocacy helped her to make it to the final 20.
“It’s been such a proud moment for us today, mga kababayan, as we’ve officially secured a spot in the top 40 through the head-to-head challenge!” she wrote.
