McDonald’s PH Will Hire More Senior Citizens and PWD’s Across NCR
McDonald’s PH reinforces its commitPHment to being a responsible employer, they will hire more senior citizens and persons with disabilities across NCR.
Nowadays, various business establishments and employers are already hiring Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and senior citizens as their employees, which is considered a great opportunity for these people.
Based on the article of abs-cbn news, Golden Arches Development Corporation which is the McDonald’s Philippines reinforces its commitment to being a responsible employer through a memorandum of agreement signing between the City of Pasay through Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano and McDonald’s Philippines President and CEO Kenneth Yang.
McDonald’s will open its doors and hire 50 more senior citizens and PWD employees in 14 participating stores in the city.
The partnership will provide them the opportunity to earn and develop new skills as they experience the same world class training as an order presenter, drink drawer, table manager or overall guest relations.
The quick service restaurant currently hired close to 60 senior citizens and PWD since September and has rolled out in the cities of Manila and Pasig. The restaurant target to reach 100 senior citizens hired at the end of the year.
