Film producer Neil Arce reacted to the inclusion of his fiancee actress Angel Locsin in the list of Asia’s 2019 Heroes of Philanthropy of Forbes.
The actress who was known for playing the iconic superhero role Darna, earned the tag “angel in real life” because of her charitable contributions in the community. With this, recognized her one of the personalities who are “committed to solving some of the most pressing issues facing the Asia-Pacific.”
Forbes cited that the famous Pinay actress already donated “as much as 15 million pesos to causes such as educational scholarships for students, supporting the economic and political rights of indigenous people, and ending violence against women and children.”
The recent charitable work that Angel did was when she donated P1 million to the earthquake victims in Mindanao aside from a big truck loaded with relief goods. Angel also encourages her fans and followers to give back.
With this new achievement of Angel Locsin, her fiance Neil Arce. Through his recent Instagram post, the film producer expressed how proud he is of his fiancee.
“Dahil nahihiya ka ipost ako na lang mag post my strong independent woman! IM proud of you my Love!” Neil wrote in his caption. He included the photo of Angel along with Henry Sy who is also included in the list.
