It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro recently got married with longtime partner Tanya Bautista and this received reaction from his ex-wife Bianca Lapus.
Vhong finally tied the knot with Tanya in Kyoto, Japan. The event was a star-studded one as friends of the actor- host in showbiz came to witness their union. That included John Lloyd Cruz who have been in an indefinite leave for two years now. His Streetboys co-members also attended his wedding and they had their reunion dance performance.
It is known to many that Vhong was married before with Bianca Lapus. They got married on January 20, 1998, in a municipality in Pampanga. However, their married did not last long. Vhong filed for annulment in 2005 and it was granted in 2008.
Bianca is now happily married to her second husband Jimmy Lawrence Velasquez. Now that her ex-husband got married, she gave her reaction to Vhong’s wedding with Tanya, based on the the article from PEP. The actress expressed happiness that finally Vhong and Tanya got married.
“Masayang-masaya po ako for him and hindi ko din naman ma-imagine na he will end up with another girl,” Bianca said. She also shared her reaction to the personality of the wife of Vhong. “‘Tsaka personally, OK naman si Tanya sa akin. Magkakaibigan naman kami lahat,” she added.
Bianca also shared that she and Vhong talked before his wedding. Based on the article, she said, “basta sabi ko, good boy na siya and alagaan niya new family niya. At mahal na mahal ko siya bilang kaibigan and dad of my first born.”
