Photo of College Student Sunken in Flood Went Viral on Social Media
TALISAY CITY, NEG. OCC.- College student from Talisay City shared a photo of himself ready for school despite heavy flood due to college level classes wasn’t declared to be suspended.
According to the previous article, Tropical Storm “Kammuri” approaches at 4 AM bureau that cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will prevail over Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, and Palawan.
Due to thunderstorms and scattered rains most parts of Negros Occidental were flooded, as a result some municipalities and cities required to suspend classes in all levels. However, some of them suspends classes up to senior high only.
Recently, a Facebook user named “Sierras Bryan” shared a photo of himself sunken in flood wearing his complete school uniform. He seems ready going to school amid high flood in their area.
According to his caption on his Facebook post, local government suspends only classes up to senior high school. They did not include the classes of college level students.
His post went viral and earned various reactions to his fellow students and netizens on the online community. Other students show sympathy and some give hilarious reactions.
His Facebook post garnered almost a thousand reactions, comments and shares.
