Netizens created Tulfo Memes after Raffy Tulfo attacked a teacher on his program
These Tulfo Memes circulated on social media after journalist Raffy Tulfo became an instrument that teacher Melita Limjuco gave up her profession.
The said teacher received a complaint from the mother of her student who she disciplined by sending him out of the class. This did not sit well with the netizens and several viewers of the program. Tulfo received criticism due to this and a lawyer expressed intention to support the teacher regarding this matter.
Following the backlash, the journalist withdrew his previous decision of wanting to cancel the license of the 55-year-old teacher. However, Rosemole Edroso, the mother of Melita Limjuco’s student, stood firm to their conviction that her child is the victim.
Amid this controversy, netizens expressed their views regarding this through memes. The Tulfo Memes that circulated online could make netizens laugh with the sense of irony of what happened.
