The family of Angelica Panganiban had a devastating experience in Paris
Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban shared on her Twitter account the devastating experience that her family had in Paris, France.
Based on the series of posts of the actress on the micro-blogging site, her sister, and brother, and her “pamangkin” rode a taxi to their accommodation. The driver asked 450 euros or Php 25,000 as payment for his service. However, Angelica’s brother refused to give that amount as he knew that was too overpriced.
With that, the French driver got angry shouted against the sister of the actress. According to Angelica the driver also slapped her sister’s hand when the latter tried to take a photo of him. The family of the Kapamilya actress was not able to report the incident to the police because they don’t know how to speak French.
Then, they had a settlement when a Pinoy saw the incident and helped them but it did not go well. “Pumayag yung driver na mag settle sa 100euros and $60 dahil yun na lang laman ng wallet nilang tatlo. Tapos hinagis yung pera ng pamilya ko sa kalsada,” Angelica said.
The actress’ family was able to arrive at their accommodation. They thought of transferring but they saw that the driver was outside of the place where they are staying.
Fortunately, there were Pinoys who helped the family of Angelica Panganiban in Paris. “Walang katulad ang pilipino! Ms angela from MEGA magazine that called Luis who’s In Paris. Ate Celia na friend ni @gloriousmakeup they are with my family now. Helping them. Thank you!!! Habang buhay ako may utang na loob sa inyo,” she said.
Aside from those two Pinoys, Angelica said that many others helped but the persons she expected to help her did not do anything.
The actress also shared a photo of the French driver on her Instagram story. She included a lengthy caption for the person who caused a devastating experience to her family.
