SM Supermarket Accepts Individuals with Autism to Apply and Become Their Employees
Good news for individuals with autism, they can apply and become an employee of the famous company in the Philippines.
Nowadays, several business establishments and companies are already hiring Persons with Disabilities to give them an opportunity to work like normal people. Disability is not also a hindrance to living a normal life.
Persons with Disabilities (PWD) have a lot of opportunities to get a stable job due to the Republic Act 10754. The Republic Act 10754 is an act expanding the benefits and privileges of PWDs that gives them a chance to fully participate in society.
Prestigious companies are also hiring disabled people to prove that humanity is restored. The government also showed its support towards PWDs. However, PWD workers should also show that they deserve the opportunity given to them.
Recently, a Facebook page named “News5” share’s good news for persons with disabilities. The SM Supermarket Molino, Bacoor branch accepts individuals with autism to be part of their prestigious company and work as a normal employee.
According to a facebook page, SM Hypermarket at Molino, Bacoor branch is now hiring individuals with autism. In conjunction with the mall’s AutiSM and Work program in collaboration with Autism Society Philippines.
Meanwhile, it has garnered positive comments from Pinoy netizens who was amazed and inspired by the program of one of the most popular malls in the country.
