Nowadays, many people are already desperate to get a stable job and had a reliable source of income. Some of them are submitting their job resumes and application letter to different companies hoping to land a stable job.

Job applicant even applies to supermarkets and convenience store just to get a job to support the finances of their families and loved ones. However, some employees are getting mistreated by customers and bosses because of little problems and mistakes.

Recently, a Facebook user named Rjay Nucom share’s a video of an angry customer who yells and bad-mouthing at the store cashier of a famous convenience store. The reason why the customer is angry because the store cashier forgot to put some sauce on his order.

Nucom said that the store cashier is still smiling and apologizing to the angry customer.  store cashier remains calm and apologizing for his mistake while the angry customer stills badmouthing him.

Employees of every servicing company should possess this attitude because they have this policy and rules that “The customer is always right”. Even if some customers are mistreating them and badmouthing at them.

“grabe Ka  naman po umasta kuya. Sauce lang po yan! Nanggaling din ako sa ganyang trabaho. Hindi mo alam ang pagod ng mga yan para mura murahin mo lang. Hindi naman po ata makatao tong inasta mo!”  nucom said to his post.
