Man Died Proposing To His Girlfriend Underwater
MAN – A romantic man drowned while asking his girlfriend to marry him at an island resort off the east coast of Africa.
We can never be too certain about anything. That is why we have to take good care of the things that really matter to us and show them enough love.
Recently, a couple broke the hearts of many people. A romantic man drowned after his underwater marriage proposal to his girlfriend in Tanzania. It should have been one of the best days of their life but it, unfortunately, end the man’s life. His girlfriend shared the news of his death on her Facebook account.
Steven Weber Jr. and Kenesha Antoine were vacationing in Africa on Friday, September 20. During their trip, Weber asked his girlfriend the big question.
The couple was from Louisiana, United States. They stayed in a gorgeous bedroom submerged in the sea. The room has windows that show the seawater surrounding them.
Weber proposed to his girlfriend by diving underwater. He wore fins, snorkeling mask then swam to one of their bedroom windows.
As he got to the window, he showed his girlfriend a note that read: “I can’t hold my breath long enough to tell you everything I love about you BUT… everything I love about you I love you more EVERYDAY!”
The man then flipped the note to show another message that said, “Will you please be my wife. Marry Me???” He then showed the engagement ring for his girlfriend. After popping the question, he swam back up but unfortunately, he never made it back alive.
“You never emerged from those depths… so you never got to hear my answer, ‘Yes! Yes! A million times, yes, I will marry you!!!…”
“We never got to embrace and celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives together… as the best day of our lives turned into the worst, in the cruelest twist of fate imaginable,” she said on the post.
