Angel Locsin has this reason for not attending the ABS-CBN Ball 2019
The General’s Daughter actress Angel Locsin revealed her reason for not attending the annual olgathering of Kapamilya stars, the ABS-CBN Ball 2019.
Formerly known as the Star Magic Ball, the said gathering is one of the most awaited time of the year in showbiz. Aside from excited fans who have been anticipating their favorite celebrities on the red carpet, Kapamilya stars are also exerting much effort foe the said occasion.
However, one of the biggest stars of ABS-CBN Angel Locsin, was not seen on the prestigious red carpet event. This made her fans wonder as she is considered to have one of the most biggest fandom in the industry.
Through her recent Instagram post, Angel Locsin explained the reason for her absence. She said she chose not to attend because of her desire to donate to Bantay Bata 163 the amount that she would have spent for the event.
“As for me, I decided to do my share in a way that I could probably be more of use. think it would be better for me to donate directly to Bantay Bata the amount that I’m supposed to spend in the ball,” the TGD actress stated.
However, she also commended her fellow Kapamilya stars for doing their share to help the less fortunate children. Angel also encouraged other people to take part in this humanitarian act. “For those who would like to help a child to have a bright future, please donate to Bantay Bata 163. #abscbnball2019,” she said.
On the other hand, one of Angel Locsin‘s fans expressed this reaction and this received a reply from based on PEP’s report.
