Teddy Locsin, Jr. has this first impression of Alden Richards
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teddy Locsin, Jr. shared his first impression of Pambansang Bae Alden Richards.
Alden is undoubtedly one of the most in-demand leading men in the entertainment industry nowadays. His latest movie with Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo became the testimony of his talent and the place he deserves in showbiz.
Before their hit movie Hello Love Goodbye, Alden already has a huge fandom aside from the various fan groups of AlDub, his former tandem with Maine Mendoza. When the movie was released, it garnered positive feedback from moviegoers. Several celebrities also expressed admiration to the stars of the movie, such as Bea Alonzo and Ryzza Mae Dizon.
Just recently, an article about Hello, Love, Goodbye caught the attention of Teddy Locsin, Jr. The DFA Secretary retweeted the said article from GMA with the caption: “I came across him once. He was shy and modest. And look now at this. No one deserves it more.”
A fan of Alden Richards commented on this. “and humble, respectful, appreciative, and more that’s our @aldenrichards02 sir, pls do watch the movie,” Twitter user @mamahaydeeHD26 said.
Locsin replied and said that he will watch the movie of Alden and Kathryn. “I will. I owe him that much. Not often you see one who has it all but acts as humbly as though he hadn’t any of it; only other one like that is my idol Robin Padilla who has the well-merited self-confidence to make the fun of himself while having a great deal of fun at it,” the Secretary said. Several fans of the Pambansang Bae expressed gratitude to the government official for his kind words.
