However, there are also winners who spent their money on useless things and got broke. The Philippine government continues to operate after the alleged “massive corruption” issue on the agency.
Recently, a video of two elderly men debating about the lotto draw procedure went viral on social media. The video was shared on the Facebook Page of Kuya Jobert.
