MAN – An man died after using cheaper insulin while trying to save up for his upcoming wedding.

People would normally do whatever it takes to help their family or loved ones get through a difficult time. They willingly sacrifice something just to make them happy.

Selfless people have less chance of losing their loved ones since love cannot be learned overnight. Some even took several years to find their one true love.

Based on a report from LadBible, an American man named Josh Wilkerson died after using cheaper insulin while trying to fund his wedding. The man was too old to be included in the health insurance of his step-father.

The 26-year-old man’s insulin was worth almost $1,200 (P63,000) per month so he switched to a cheaper insulin ‘human insulin’ that’s just worth $25/vial at Walmart. It’s 10 times cheaper than his previous insulin. He really aims to save enough money for his wedding this coming October 2019.

The spokesperson of Walmart, Marilee Mclnnes, cautioned the people regarding the ’human insulin.’ She suggested consulting a doctor first before taking the medicine.

“The high cost of insulin is a concern for those trying to manage their diabetes, and human insulin can be a less expensive alternative, but it may not be right for everyone,” she said.

Based on the report, Donald Trumps’ administration claims they are currently searching for a way to decrease the prices of prescription drugs.
