TRANSLUCENT EXAMPLES – Examples Of A Translucent Object
TRANSLUCENT EXAMPLES – In this topic, we will now have translucent examples but we will first know the definition of a translucent object.

What is a translucent object?
Translucent objects are objects which have materials that can be passed through by light. However, images on the other side of the material are not clearly visible. It is derived from the Latin word “Translucere”. They also allow us to focus our view on the quality of the light that pass through these objects, than see the image from the other side.
How is it different from transparent objects?
You may have associated translucency with transparency, but in terms of characteristics, they are two different things. As mentioned above, the image on the other side of a translucent material cannot be clearly seen, while transparent objects have the image on their other side clearly visible. In other words, the difference is whether the other side of the object is clearly visible or not.
