Twitter Redecorates Website To Mimic Mobile Version Layout

TWITTER – The company behind Twitter recently revealed on Monday that they will release a revamped version of the website that mimics the mobile version.

According to Manila Bulletin, while managing abusive content, the San Francisco-based company aims to ramp up more engagement as the redecorated browser version of the Twitter page arrives.

The company said that the site has an updated look and feel that is now more inclined with the app you see on mobiles.

They further said that an explore feature was included in the updated look, noting that they expect to serve up more live video and local moments from where users are at any certain given time. “Dark mode” themes and color options is also included in the site.

As per the report, the company said that the update will also give them a much stronger foundation to build on in order for them to maintain to bring the users updated features faster than before.

Despite the popularity among political figures and celebrities, the app failed to keep up the pace with other social networks like Facebook and its owned-image social app Instagram, in which both of them have larger user bases.

The company said that it will halt using its count of monthly active users and move to monetizable daily active users.
