Hospital Photos After Surigao Del Sur Earthquake
SURIGAO DEL SUR EARTHQUAKE – Here are the photos of the hospital after the devastating earthquake in Surigao del Sur.
Earlier today Surigao del Sur experienced a powerful earthquake that caused lots of damages to people’s properties.
Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recorded that the shake has a magnitude of 5.5.
Intensity V was mostly felt in Butuan City and Carrascal, Surigao Del Sur. Phivolcs warned the residents about the aftershocks and damages.
The powerful shake has destroyed some big establishments like the church, supermarket, and a hospital.
Several photos of the damage at the Madrid District Hospital in Surigao del Sur was shared on social media.
It can be seen on the photos that the patients were forced to go out of the building because of the shakes. Some of them were posted on the benches. Hospital equipment was also bought outside.
Facebook user Marianne Dua Ramos shared several photos inside the hospital after the earthquake.
It can be seen that oxygen tanks were lying on the floor, broken fluorescent on the floor, some ornaments in the chapel were disarranged, and office equipment were displaced.
Another Facebook netizen named Venus Ruaza-Ariate shared photos of the earthquake victims that are brought to the hospital.
It can be seen on the photos that some of the patients were badly hurt.
