Sen. Ping Lacson Praise Isko Moreno’s Recent Achievements
ISKO MORENO – The recent achievement of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno elicited a reaction from Sen. Ping Lacson.
Actor turned politician Isko Moreno has been very active with his duties as the new mayor of Manila.
Three days after taking the mayoral seat, he confiscated and destroyed the Karera machines in front of the City Hall.
A video of Isko Moreno conducting a surprise inspection at the highway of Manila went viral on social media.
The 44-year-old politician and his men approached a driver who parked his truck beside the highway. The mayor advised the man to park the vehicle somewhere else.
Due to his strict management and clearing operations, motorists, residents, netizens, and his fellow government employees lauded him.
After the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) complimented Mayor Isko Moreno, Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson praised him for his leadership in his people and city.
The Senator took to the social media to air his reaction on the recent accomplishment of the newly elected Mayor.
Senator Ping Lacson Tweeted that politicians like Isko make him “look forward to retirement.”
“As long as we see the emergence of new leaders like Mayor Isko Moreno, we can look forward to retirement and continue dreaming big for our beloved country,” he said.
Ping Lacson hoped that he’s not reacting too early and prayed for Isko Moreno’s consistency in his duties.
“Let’s pray that he will not be eaten by the system that consumed many others before him,” said Lacson.
