Angeline Quinto Remembers Humbel Beginnings
ANGELINE QUINTO – ABS-CBN actress and singer Angeline Quinto recalled her early days as a struggling event singer.
Actress and singer Angeline Quinto is considered one of the most prominent celebrities at the Kapamilya network.
She rose to fame after winning the singing contest Star Power: Sharon’s Search For the Next Female Pop Superstar.
Angeline Quinto became part of several shows and movies at the ABS-CBN network. In fact, she became one of the mainstays of the Sunday variety show ASAP.
But on the recent reformat of ASAP, the 29-year-old singer only seen a few times on the show. It was also rumored that she was removed on the show because of Regine Velasquez.
Angeline Quinto refuted the rumors and said she had a talk with the management and said Regine Velasquez has nothing to do with her irregularity on the show.
The singer said she was happy that she was featured on the variety show every now and then.
“Pero naintindihan ko naman po after ipaliwanag sa akin ng management so, naintindihan ko na po lahat. Ngayon, kahit papano, unti-unti na po akong nakakabalik sa ASAP,” Angeline said.
Recently, Angeline Quinto took to the social media to recall her early days as a struggling wedding and event singer.
Angeline said she was paid 2,500 per gig and if the hosts were generous or enjoyed her performance, she was given a takeout meal.
The celebrity surely felt very proud that she surpassed all the challenges in life the successfully became one of the best singers in the country.
