#WalangPasok – Class suspension is declared in these selected areas on July 3, 2019, Wednesday, due to heavy rain and flooding.

For these past few days, several areas in the Philippines experienced heavy rain due to southwest monsoon or hanging habagat.

Since some of the areas in the country are near the bodies of water, flooding happened. In addition, residents in low areas are also experiencing this problem.

In order to ensure the safety of the students, the local government of Hagonoy, Bulacan already declared class suspension.

A Twitter post had this message from Mayor Amboy Manlapaz.

Due to high water level caused by High Tide, classes are still suspended in Hagonoy, Bulacan tomorrow, July 3, 2019 (Wednesday) in ALL LEVELS, both Public and Private Schools.

Furthermore, classes are also suspended in Masantol, Pampanga in all levels, both in public and private schools. This is due to the effect of southwest monsoon.

The suspension of classes is until Friday, July 5, based on the report from Rappler.
